Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PylonCoach you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf; if you are under 13, a parent must additionally provide consent before your account unlocks.

1. The service

PylonCoach provides AI-generated football coaching, training programs, and video technique analysis. PylonCoach is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any professional football league, team, or organization.

2. Not professional, medical, or safety advice

• AI-generated coaching, workouts, and video analyses are informational suggestions, produced by automated systems that can be wrong. They are not a substitute for a qualified coach, athletic trainer, or physician.
• Football and athletic training carry inherent risk of injury. Consult a physician before beginning any training program, use proper equipment and supervision — especially for contact drills — and stop immediately if you feel pain.
• You (or your parent) assume responsibility for how you use the training content.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• Accounts for athletes under 13 remain restricted until parental consent is recorded.
• Coach accounts must only add players to rosters with the player's (or their parent's) knowledge.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process (including AI analysis you request), and display it back to you and to people you explicitly share it with (e.g., a public recruiting page you enable, or linked parents and coaches).
• Only upload videos you have the right to share. Do not upload footage that identifies other minors without their parent's permission.
• Public recruiting pages are visible to anyone with the link; you control the toggle.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, abusive, or harassing behavior, including in coach notes and chat.
• No attempts to break, probe, or overload the service, or to misuse the AI features.
• No impersonation of coaches, recruiters, or other users.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (currently Player Pro and Team) bill monthly through our payment processor until canceled. Cancel anytime from the Billing page; access continues through the paid period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' email notice before your next renewal.
• Refunds: subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law — but if a charge was a mistake (like a forgotten cancellation), email us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
• Free-tier limits and features may change.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 2, 4 (license for backups during deletion windows), 8, and 9 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PYLON COACH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM TRAINING ACTIVITIES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO PARTS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Washington, where Pylon Coach LLC is organized, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, contact us — most disputes can be resolved informally, and we commit to working in good faith to do so.

10. Changes to these Terms

We will email account holders before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
